At ALV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
